The following terms govern your use of and/or purchase of products from the website. Be advised that your use of the website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by all of the following terms and conditions.

Unless otherwise noted, all contents of this Site, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and other materials that appear as part of this website are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other forms of intellectual property owned, controlled and/or used under license or with other legal authority by LDC Enterprise. The website as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress, all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to which are owned by LDC Enterprise

The contents of this website, and the website as a whole, are intended solely for personal, non-commercial (other than for the purchase of merchandise from the website) use by the users of the website. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the contents or any related software without our prior written consent.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

WHEN WILL LDC ENTERPRISE COLLECT PERSONAL DATA?

We will/may collect personal data about you:

(a) when you register and/or use our Services or Site, or open an account with us;

(b) when you submit any form, including, but not limited to, application forms or other forms relating to any of our products and services, whether online or by way of a physical form;

(c) when you enter into any agreement or provide other documentation or information in respect of your interactions with us, or when you use our products and services;

(d) when you interact with us, such as via telephone calls (which may be recorded), letters, fax, face-to-face meetings, social media platforms and emails;

(e) when you use our electronic services, or interact with us via our application or use services on our website. This includes, without limitation, through cookies which we may deploy when you interact with our application or website;

(f) when you carry out transactions through our Services;

(g) when you provide us with feedback or complaints;

(h) when you register for a contest; or

(i) when you submit your personal data to us for any reason.

 

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

ORDER PROCESSING

Once an order is placed on our website, please allow 1-3 business days for the order to be processed. All orders should receive an order confirmation notification via email at the completion of the order. A shipping notification will follow after your order is processed containing your orders tracking number. Sometimes our notifications can be labeled as Spam/Junk by your email provider. As this is out of our control please make sure to add LifeDriveClub.Inc@Gmail.com to your address book to ensure delivery of our notifications. If you have registered an account with your order all order status information can also be found online within "My Account" 

*If you have not received a tracking number, but received confirmation that you order was shipped, please contact LifeDriveClub.Inc@gmail.com immediately for your tracking number.

SHIPPING

We offer shipping to both domestic and international destinations. We normally ship via POSLAJU. Some items on our site may require a different shipping method such as Fed Ex or Gdex.

LDC Enterprise is NOT responsible for misdeliveries. If you miswrote the shipping address on your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order so we can make the changes for you. Failure to contact us may result in the loss of your package or may be sent back to our facility, in which you will be required to pay for the reshipping fees via money request sent to you through e-mail. Shipping fees are non-refundable after it leaves our warehouse.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

All orders containing pre-order items will be shipped beyond our standard processing times.  Estimated ship dates are provided but are subject to any potential delays and changes.  All pre-order orders containing non pre-order items will be shipped together with the pre-order items.

ORDERS PLACED DURING SALES, HOLIDAYS, AND OTHER HIGH VOLUME TIMES

Special circumstances such as national holidays or sales may delay processing times. Although we will do our best to get orders out as soon as possible please allow 3-5 business days in these circumstances. The transit time of shipping for domestic and international orders may also be delayed by up to an additional 14 days

. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

**If you have not received your order after 3 weeks from the date you ordered with us, please contact us immediately.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our goal at LIFE DRIVE CLUB is customer service and satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not happy with our product we are more than willing to do an exchange or issue you store credit.

If you have purchased an item from LifeDriveClub.com, you may exchange it for a different color, size or style of equal or lesser value. You have 7 days from when your order was received to return the item(s) to make an exchange (i.e. If your order was delivered on the 1st, you have until the 8th to contact us about making a return).

Prior to returning the item(s) you must contact us and wait for a reply confirmation.

Exchanges may be unavailable during High Volume Sales periods as inventory is constantly adjusted. In these cases items can be returned for store credit. The credit can be applied to any size exchange or purchase from the site.

REFUNDS

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ON ANY ITEMS PURCHASED FROM LifeDriveClub.com NON-SALE OR SALE ITEMS. STRICTLY EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

When shipping your item(s) back to our warehouse, please include:

A copy of your original invoice and a copy of the correspondence regarding your exchange. Please also write your order number visibly on the package. Items not in the same condition as it was when you received it are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. All exchanges are dependent on current stock availability and condition of product upon inspection. If we do not have the item available, we can issue you store credit. If the exchange item(s) is of lesser value than a store credit will be provided for the difference.

Customers are responsible to pay all shipping fees involved when an exchange or a return for store credit is requested. Failure to pay the shipping fees will result in the CANCELLATION of your exchange and store credit may be automatically disbursed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please allow 7-10 business days from when it is delivered for your exchange/return to be processed. If an exchange was requested the customer will be billed via email for reshipment costs unless otherwise stated. 

All exchanges are to be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package to the following address (We are not liable for packages lost in transit; please have a tracking number for your reference and proof):

If ever you require an exchange or return as a result of an error made by us, such as an incorrect size or style, we will ship the exchange and provide return postage at our cost.

PLEASE NOTE: NO EXCHANGES will be eligible on sale and significantly discounted items including but not limited to: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and items displayed under the “Sale” section on LifeDriveClub.com. We recommend you contact us prior to ordering, to inquire about a particular item being eligible for exchanges or store credit.

LDC Enterprise reserves the right to refuse exchanges requested from orders made on special sales and from items purchased under the Sales Category on our online site. THESE ARE FINAL SALE.

 

OTHER CONDITIONS

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic and/or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. LDC Enterprise reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it in its original condition, with the original packing receipt within 7 days of delivery, subject to compliance with all other terms and conditions of the  LifeDriveClub.com Return Policy. Please refer directly to that policy for additional information.

FRAUD PREVENTION

LDC Enterprise takes fraud prevention very seriously. We will continually work to protect the security of our customers. We reserve the right to flag any online order for fraud prevention purposes. This may cause delays in processing. Customers are encouraged to provide accurate contact information and customer service representatives will make any correspondence attempts to the contact information provided. Flagged orders may be held from processing to await explanation regarding the variance between the billing and shipping information provided.

First-time orders from new customers at above-average dollar amounts may only be authorized to ship to the billing address provided. Orders submitted using unsupported credit card information (often international) may be asked to confirm authorization by submitting a government-issued identification card that matches the information on file with the bank for the credit card holder. International customers who elect to ship to freight forwarding/drop shipping companies may have their orders canceled at managerial discretion.

CORRECTION OF ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

The information on this website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current LDC Enterprise therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time with or without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing, product availability or otherwise.
